Please don’t normalize this as a shortage workaround. You’re on 0.05 and bought three boxes of 0.1 so you can cut them in half, even though they say not to cut the patches. Meanwhile people who are actually prescribed 0.1 are struggling to find it. I’m one of them. So yeah, this is frustrating to watch, especially with people in the comments now saying they’re going to do the same thing. During a shortage, taking multiple boxes of a dose you don’t actually use just makes the shortage worse for somebody else.

I was told by my Dr. to never cut a patch in half. It destroys the way the estradiol is delivered.

get on estrodiol Valerate or Cypionate injections and you won't need to worry about back ordering patches. way more bio availability too.
