That is government overreach. If he didn’t build the system, the wood would’ve just gone into the ground and the state wouldn’t have the resource. What are only flows in Creeks and such so unless they have an underground creek or river under every single property in that state that goes to the state resources building rainwater isn’t theirs?

That’s crazy! That is overreaching and the government or the state that he is from. That state is trying to say they own the water and they don’t. I don’t care what the judge says. In my opinion he’s paid off.

Rain water belongs to God alone. God send us rain every day so that we live on and use it to survive. Animals too survive on the same water given to us by our creator. How can the government penalized someone collect rainwater for his own survival? God will be one to be complaining and not Man. This is a very stupid law passed by the government 😡🤬
