As a fitness instructor I am so happy if someone makes it for any portion of class. I had a lovely woman say “I’m sorry”, after class bc she made it for the last 20 minutes of class. I was so happy to see her face. Coming in late or leaving early, doesn’t matter, I love that you showed up for you👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
