Tried to sue they intended victim. Make it make sense!!! It would not have happened if he didn't try to steal her purse. That's on him. She only hit him once with her fist thats not excessive. She does not owe anything to anybody. She protected herself adequately, not excessively. Consequences of his own actions period.

When is it okay for an assailant to sue a victim because they were defending themselves? Folks, get a clue! Had he not bothered her, she would not have had to hurt him to defend herself! The judge and jury definitely got it right!
