If I were to be selected to be juror in the retrial, I would not have any confidence in the judge to enforce his own orders. I wouldn’t want to waste my time, energy and mental wellness on a case where the judge doesn’t even stick to his own orders.

The State has deep pockets - defendants do not. If they can’t prove their case and opt for a RE-TRIAL, the State should pay the Defendant’s Trial 1 costs.

Many people think he is corrupt, but if you look back at his career as an Attorney- he has fought for people with mental defenses. He's a former criminal defense lawyer and has had mental defect cases.
