@skinfiltrator: After 10+ years in beauty, there are some skincare opinions you simply won’t move me on 😂 Especially when it comes to treating hyperpigmentation and caring for Black and deeper skin tones. From why I don’t recommend blue LED for darker skin, to tinted sunscreen for hyperpigmentation and melasma, using tyrosinase inhibitors for pigment prevention, starting with gentler retinoids before tretinoin + why I think vitamin C still deserves a place in our routines. Also, please stop letting ingredient scanning apps convince you that perfectly safe skincare ingredients are “toxic” without considering concentration or formulation 😭 Which skincare hill are YOU willing to die on? #SkincareTips #BlackSkin #Hyperpigmentation #Esthetician #SkincareEducation

Can I add.. if you can afford invest in seeing a good dermatologist. NHS insisted my eczema scaring couldn't be treated after 15 years back and fourth. Saw a dermatologist and within 30 mins diagnosed and gave me a cream which is doing wonders. Best investment of 2026

I’ve taken a two week break from my prescriptions and my skin has improved drastically. Now I’m scared to add them back to my routine. What do you suggest I do?

I only use red light because I’ve heard about the blue light causing hyperpigmentation. Is there any other colors that are sufficient for dark skin?

Is the blue light on beautybio’s glofacial tool “bad”? I know there are different levels of blue light. I will definitely sell it if it’s not good for me.
