She not only confessed, but wrote a detailed account in her civil trial. That is a confession.

I stopped explaining it to ppl because you truly cannot argue with ignorance! Even when she woke up from the coma she didn’t say she did it! She said she didn’t remember what happened, she only remembers a male voice telling her she had to do it.

People are dumb. Lindsay NEVER legally confessed to murdering her children. There was never a courtroom moment where Lindsay personally stood up, under oath, and said, “I killed my children.” Her lawyer Kevin Reddington DID tell the jury that Lindsay killed the children. He did this as part of the defense strategy! Not because he was arguing that she was legally guilty. His entire argument was that although she committed the physical acts, she lacked criminal responsibility because of her mental state. This case is a literally confusing people because they hear Reddington say things like “when she killed her children.” He simply deliberately acknowledging the underlying conduct while FIGHTING the criminal responsibility element. AKA her psychosis. One thing is what Lindsay says outside of court versus actually inside people.

In Massachusetts, she had to maintain a not-guilty plea to take the lack of criminal responsibility defense to trial. “Not guilty” does not mean her defense was claiming she didn’t commit the acts.

She’s pleading not guilty to the charge of murder. This does not mean she is saying she didn’t do it, just that she would rather be charged with something like homicide.

So if the father wasn’t home and she pleading not guilty then who killed the kid’s? She is alive so she would know who killed her kids if it was someone that’s not her or the father

it's crazy how these people think the 12 jurors who all got more information than we did and had more intricate and in depth discussions all this are just wrong and liars because THEY feel differently about what THEY saw on TV

i’m trying not to get into a debate of who did what I am just really curious on your thought or view. Do you not believe that the defense stipulated to the evidence or do you have a different view of that?

The trial is convoluted, reading is better. She plead not guilty but acknowledges killing the children bc that is the basis for the ability to use the claim of “not guilty due to reason of insanity”. Further, the 11 jurors who voted to acquit voted to acquit her on the basis of insanity, aquittal usually means “walk free” but this is a “prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she was of sane mind” case, not “prove beyond a reasonable doubt she did it”. Consequently, acquitting her here in this special case means she is acquitted of responsibility and is sent to a mental institute and not a prison. Literally just google things these are just the facts
