Just a wonderful anime that left me feeling empty after I finished it. There was no happy ending, but did it really end as badly as we think? It showed that the world isn’t always fair. There isn’t always a happy ending, or even a truly “bad” ending. It’s just life, like in the real world. Someone survived, but at a heavy cost. Life doesn’t end when someone dies. It continues, just in a different way. Not everything we want is going to happen, and sometimes we simply have to accept that. That’s just the way life is.
