I randomly met one of my Cohort 1 mentees today and her progress made me SO proud 🥹 Meet Eva. Cohort 1 of the Launch and Land Bootcamp. April 2026. And guess what? We worked at the same bank. Equity Bank. Both Wings to Fly scholars. Full circle keeps circling 😂 She told you herself what the bootcamp did for her. Updated her resume to ATS friendly format. Restructured her entire portfolio so clients know exactly where to find her resume, past projects and work samples. Even added videos which weren't there before. The portfolio went from basic to STRATEGIC. Her niche? Mental health. She's specifically targeting mental health professionals across NGOs. Pitching directly on LinkedIn and social media. Not waiting for jobs to find her. Going to THEM. Since the bootcamp she's attended FIVE interviews with mental health professionals. Five. And she's been shortlisted for one. Now she came to see me because she wanted to know what mistakes she might be making in those other interviews. And honestly? She already knew. She just needed someone else to confirm it. Because sometimes you know what's wrong but you need your mentor to say it out loud so you stop repeating it. Five interviews means five clients saw her portfolio and said
