The counts on the tin are real, I checked them against the repo: 68 agents, 286 skills, 94 commands. The numbers are the headline, but the method is the value. His agents plan before they build. They write the failing test before the code. A different agent reviews the work than the one that wrote it. None of that is a coding idea. It's a management idea, and it transfers straight to an ordinary business: give AI a defined role, a checklist it must follow, and a second AI that checks the first one's work. The honest caveat is slide 7. You don't need 286 skills. Most businesses get their wins from about five workflows wired to jobs they already do every week.
