INGREDIENTS: ● Round wheat tortilla — 1 large ● Minced meat (beef & pork or chicken) — 200 g ● Onion, finely diced — ¼ ● Sweet bell pepper, finely diced — ¼ ● Tomato sauce or tomato paste — 1–2 tbsp ● Soy sauce — 1 tbsp ● Mozzarella cheese sticks or firm cheese, cut into strips — 3 pieces ● Grated mozzarella — 70–80 g ● Egg — 1 Pc. ● Vegetable oil — for frying ● Salt — to taste ● Black pepper — to taste ● Smoked paprika — to taste ● Dried garlic — to taste ● Toothpicks — 3 Pcs. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Heat a skillet with a little vegetable oil and add the minced meat. 2. Fry the meat over medium-high heat until almost cooked. 3. Add the finely diced onion and sweet bell pepper. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and dried garlic. 4. Add the tomato sauce or tomato paste and soy sauce. Mix well and cook until the meat is completely cooked and the vegetables are tender. 5. Take a large round wheat tortilla and place three strips of firm cheese around the center, leaving space between them. 6.
