I trained them the way the company trained me. 😂 Maybe partly because I don’t easily trust people, so I make sure they know what they need to know and how things should be done. Later on, I’ll also teach them the little rules and systems I made along the way the things that helped me survive and stay strong in this company for almost 5 years. 😂

How about when there are no rules and you made them yourself, not approved by the bosses so you have to say, “this how I do it, but this not the only way to do it” this office is so bs, no training whatsoever made to me now i have to train someone else [Tears of joy]

I had to train a new team member and told him rules I made up, only to find out he was the new manager after the training. I wasn’t paying attention to meetings 💀

I used to train new hires full time for 4 years. Everytime a supervisor showed up I had to remember the actual training guideline instead of the hateful crap I taught those people 🤣🤣
