if you hit the studs most of the chatter goes away I try to hit 90 percent of the studs when I install Hardie siding.If the house is $500.000 or $2 million they get my best work

Yep looks about right. Was probably also expensive to install and pay the siding trade. Quality is just not common anymore.

property developer has shareholders who want profit. home builder is capped and has to higher the cheapest subs. I hate how it is going. don't buy in a subdivision that has the same builder or a corporate land developer ✌

I’m gonna tell you who’s gonna get screwed in this situation is the Painter the Builder will have to have it corrected by the siding crew for nothing. He will then throw it on a punch out list for the Painter and A Painter will have to fix the siding guys bullshit for nothing or not get paid and that’s how it goes in new construction and that is why I do not touch that crap. They’ve already got it dialed down where you’re gonna lose money if you fuck up at all and if anybody else screws up, you’re still on the hook 40 year Painter to hell with new shit.
