This product is actually pretty good. I was skeptical. I tried the berry and there are real fruit particles in the packets. It adds a lot of flavor and there’s no sugar.!! only problem is you’re supposed to limit one a day and I could drink five

You I have to say this product does work . I drink it every morning and it give me energy, also keeps me hydrated. When I don’t eat I get really lightheaded, so when I drink this while hungry it helps me .
