In addition, I recommend skills invoke tools - custom built for a specific task - when possible. For example, create/updating/reading the replies spreadsheet be done by a tool/program. A tool (program or software script) will consistently work with the file the same way and not leave the structure up to interpretation every time the LLM uses it. Also, it can save tokens because the LLM doesn't need to reason over the file - only run the tool. Example: Skill "Message Drafts" is details on what to do with the data in the file and using the custom tool/program to read and write to the spreadsheet. The custom tool can deterministicaly validate the structure of what is being saved and give the skill plus LLM specific issues to correct and call the tool again.
You can ask the LLM to build your skill backed by custom tool(s). Most frontier models will most likely use this approach for you, but when asking it to make a skill recommend it create deterministic tools that validate requests and corrects errors.

I have used Claude for a while now and it's been instrumental in helping my business. however recently I tried grokbot and it's ease of use and quickness is a game changer. I got more done in 4 hours than I would have spent for 5 days in front of a computer because it does everything for you.
