Because he had been doing that daily for weeks. Isn’t ironic that when Lindsey would go to inpatient or any therapy they would claim she doesn’t fit the criteria to stay longer or more help etc- but as soon as she would get home her symptoms would come back with full force. He was drugging her. And planning the perfect crime by setting her up to “look crazy” so he could live happily ever after with his new wife.

And what’s even more puzzling is how he saw what was in the cup, given that he claimed to have entered the bedroom and taken only two or three steps. He couldn't have seen what was in it from that distance.🤷🏻♀️

He must be extremely manipulative because he’s managed to convince the new supply/new wife that he’s a really great person even with all that was being exposed about him in the trial. She must have serious cognitive dissonance right now.

He couldn’t have seen there was a powdery substance in that cup if he only took 1-2 steps in the room. The cup wasn’t see through and it was pretty far away from the doorway/1 or 2 steps.. this should either have been tested or not even brought up in court
