In a Collins glass, add 1 oz peach purée. 2. Add a layer of mini ice. 3. Pour in 1 oz white rum. 4. Add 1 oz passion fruit liqueur. 5. Add more mini ice. 6. Top with sparkling water. 7. Add more mini ice until the glass is nearly full. 8. Slowly pour ½ oz blue curaçao over the top for a vibrant layered finish. 9.
