Alignment is the biggest issue I keep hearing as a current BKA that was my biggest issue. Where do you have the most issue with looseness.

so what's your verdict on the pin lock versus suction? I never had the opportunity to use a suction type prosthetic, only the pin lock, just curious could suction be better, I did see you make the cut throat motion regarding going back to suction, so I assume you think pinlock is the better option? thanks.

If you're able to get a second leg, make it a shower leg. I have one and love it, makes taking a shower much safer. This is my shower leg. I wash the stump first, dry it and put my leg on. You can get it in either a pin lock like mine, or sleeve suspension.

The important thing is that the prosthesis gives us amputees freedom, without major issues regarding alignment or socket fit.

You also might need a fatter wider cup that is what was issues with me as well ask your prosthesis to made the socket in the bottom wider by a bit and see if that help especially because you’re pistoning
