first pilates class... (not there) j was dying lol I took a 3 min break... at the end of the class I told the instructor "great class but I almost passed out lol" she said " girl i was so proud of you when you took that break, you earned it" ...ive been going to her class since !!

been a Solidcore’s instructor for almost 4 years in nyc and it breaks my heart when coaches do this. Solidcore is all about literally DOING WHAT U NEED TO DO. I TAKE CLASS ALL OF THE TIME AND LITERALLY STILL SROP AND DRINK WATER ANDDDD also like no names that’s literally our job to meet the clients. I am so sorry diva u had this experience. U seem fierce. Yikes that’s not okay. 400+ classes and multiple instructors and never experienced an instructor do this. Don’t be embarrassed. I’d honestly complain because this type of environment is, we’re working on ourselves and we what we don’t need as an instructor telling us that we can’t take a break.

As long as you’re not acting dangerously or being disruptive idc if you stop every single workout early to get a sip of water 🤷🏼♀️
