Long green bead strands are allowed to fall freely, creating a beautiful fringe effect and movement. I added touches of gold throughout the shoulder work to bring warmth and luxury to the green. ✨ 2. BUST / NECKLINE The bust area combines emerald green, gold, black and silver/lilac beads. I used the contrasting colors to create geometric triangular and patterned details, making the neckline stand out without losing the elegance of the dress. 💚 3. BODICE The main body is dominated by emerald green, with layers of small beads creating a rich, textured surface. The green gives the dress its identity, while gold and darker green/black accents add depth and dimension. ✨ 4. WAIST & UPPER SKIRT This is where the beadwork becomes more dramatic. Long strands of green beads form a curtain-like fringe, giving the dress movement and a luxurious handcrafted finish. 🟨 5. FIRST GEOMETRIC BAND Around the upper thigh/hip area, I introduced a stronger color contrast using gold, black, green and silver/lilac beads. The colors are arranged in geometric blocks, creating a beautiful patterned band that breaks up the large green section. 💚 6. LOWER SKIRT The lower section returns to the dominant emerald green, with another layer of hanging bead fringe. This keeps the design connected from the waist all the way down. ✨ 7. SECOND GEOMETRIC BAND Another patterned section repeats the gold + black + green + silver/lilac combination. Repeating the color palette helps the whole dress look coordinated rather than overcrowded. 💚 8. FINAL LOWER SECTION At the bottom, the green beadwork continues, with a darker green fabric section featuring small gold decorative details. It gives the dress a rich, elegant and luxurious appearance. Gold 🟨 — 15% Used as a highlight to bring warmth, brightness and a premium feel. Black / Dark Green 🖤 — 10% Used to create depth and make the brighter colors stand out. Silver/Lilac ✨ — 15% Used as a contrasting accent, especially in the geometric patterns, giving the design a subtle sparkle. The secret is balance: I didn’t allow all the colors to compete.
