My thing is I seriously dont know what to confess 🧍🏽♀️I hate lying so I never lie, yea im sarcastic but never lie? I feel more comfortable kneeling every night in my room and asking for forgiveness in my little alter but most of the time I just give thanks because I seriously dont know what to say. Last time i just cried cause i got so nervous and the priest just sent me away cause he got uncomfy 🙂😭

I confessed for the first time in almost 10 years last year, the father asked me why I took so long but then sounded so proud of me and told me everything is going to be okay & that God forgives me. I try to confess every month now even though they say once a year. It just truly does bring peace. 🌹

An Examination of Conscience walks you through each of the Ten Commandments and gives examples of the different ways we can go against them not just the obvious sins, but also everyday things we might overlook. It really helped me recognize things I didn’t even realize were sins, and I hope it can help you too. If you struggle with this, give it a try! ++
