Whether she did it or not, there was no investigation done AT ALL. ayou cannot send someone to prison for life or sentence to death on hearsay. Every single bit of that case was built on what told by her husband. Even in the hospital after waking up and being questioned she said “Patrick told me what I did.” If she did it, great prove it with the evidence and then lock her up.

people are overly riding for her bc they genuinely dont believe she did it and i honestly dont either BUT knowing that if this was (bc it has been) a black woman she would literally be thrown under the jail…. im not about to do too much, i do believe the husband did it tho the evidence makes no sense

He thought she was depressed. A lot of moms are depressed but they never think about getting rid of their own children. Most of the times they want to leave themselves but are fighting to stay because of the children. So it probably never crossed his mind that she would do that.

My thing is, too many people are talking about this without all the facts. Additionally, in cases like these, the father would be the FIRST one investigated. The fact that he isn’t in question legally is saying something. To the point where he has a strong defamation case (one that his legal team has already put out as a legitimate threat). Also…this happened three years ago. We’re just now hearing about it.

you still believing she killed her kids & thinks she was found guilty.. is misinformation in itself. You’re skipping to the mental health portion when the prosecution can’t get to that part for a reason. Why? Because they can’t find her guilty of the murders themselves. It was 11–1 not guilty due to reasonable doubt. That’s a very large distinction you & many people are leaving out. This isn’t even a man vs woman thing. It’s a problem with the police first & foremost for believing she did it without any evidence. Now we are here years later just now discovering there was never an investigation to prove her guilt to begin with

it's a dangerous thing to talk about because men will find any reason to hate women more...they are saying women with ppd can danger there kids and therefore should lose custody...they don't care about the facts of the case or that children passed away, that the husband played roles into all of it or that the case itself was poorly mishandled. they just found another reason to hate women more.
