thats why in Islam it is already teached by prophet Muhammad PBHUH 1400years ago how to drink water this iss how it goes.You1. first sit down,2.Say bismillah (In the name of Lord).3.Then drink water slowly by deviding to 3 segments 1st gulp and then 2nd and finaly the 3rd gulp we should also look at the water make sure its cleane and then drink.
