In John 20:22, Jesus breathed on His disciples in connection with the Holy Spirit. Early Christians also practiced ritual breathing or blowing associated with prayer, baptism, and exorcism. These practices became known by terms such as insufflation and exsufflation. An early surviving example appears in the Apostolic Tradition, traditionally associated with the early 200s, where candidates are exorcised and then breathed upon. I'm not saying my physical breath has magic power. God is the one who heals, delivers, restores, and gives life. The video includes real reports from people who listened to similar prayers. Some reported feeling wind. Others reported pain leaving, knees improving, sinus or shoulder problems changing, peace coming, and other physical experiences.
