This is how i felt with my the weeknd ticket, for the same reason 😅 my section was closed off and i got moved the next section over. But row 1, instead of 16 😏 so an upgrade. But i was so happy for the physical ticket to keep. I miss physical tickets

My friend bought our tickets around the same section as urs as well! We didn’t get any notifications about the seat changes until we got to the front where they scanned our tickets. The person scanning immediately told us that our seats were being upgraded. We were so shocked and grateful how much closer we were to the stage!

I'm glad you got your seat figured out! This was my view from my ADA/Wheelchair accessible seat. The staff refused to do anything.
