Does it have an EGR and other EPA compliance crap? Delete it. Also check to see if your soot has clogged the internals and is causing the engine to perform poorly

Your tank is big so you put more fuel in it. My tank is smaller so I put less fuel in it.

I have a diesel 4x4 lifted truck from 1985 and it gets 25mpg in town and 30mpg on highway how the F does your new truck only do 10mpg
