#1 is such a great one because there’s a different between someone who’s always been fit and someone who’s lost a lot of weight!

count your calories for a week or two. then just *eat the same*. eat filling things like fibre and vegetables so you can have more. balance your macros. find meals you like and SPAM THEM. counting calories becomes a huge chore imo.

I struggle so hard with food because I don't drink or smoke and I have a lot of anxiety all the time especially from college and my biggest challenge for losing weight is the consistency.

I completely agree! I lost a similar amount of weight about 7 years ago and when people asked me what I suggested, it was always work on your mindset first. I feel like alot of bad food decision's start there. The rest (saying no to bad food, breaking old habits, choosing to move your body etc) will most likely happen naturally because you start to choose yourself and things that make you feel good/better, in my experience anyway 🫶🏼

Do you track calories or went more intuitive?

any thoughts on this- whenever I try to track food I get frustrated not knowing what what the ‘true’ calories are (a lot of restaurants don’t list calories, when I make food at home I may not have nutrition labels anymore or forget to exactly measure and have to guess later) and I feel like if I’m always approximating then what’s the point? what helped you stick to tracking?

Yes part 2! Also do you use an Aura ring or Apple Watch or both? Do you find they track your steps accurately on the walking pad? Do you work from home and use your set up for that as well? Thanks girl 💐
