Cheesy chicken rolls…. Save recipe for Ramadan 🙂. Ingredients • 1 cup bread • 300 g chicken breast • Handful fresh coriander • 2 green chilies • 2 tbsp onion powder • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste • 1 tbsp black pepper • 1 tbsp paprika powder • 1 tsp turmeric powder • Salt, to taste • 1 tbsp ghee • 1 mozzarella slice per roll • For coating: • 1 cup flour • 1 tbsp cornstarch (for dry mix) • 2 eggs + 1 tbsp cornstarch (for egg wash) • Breadcrumbs Method 1. Make breadcrumbs: Blend bread, take 1 cup for coating, leave half cup in blender. 2. Make chicken mixture: Blend chicken, leftover bread, coriander, chilies, onion powder, ginger-garlic paste, spices, ghee → rest 10 min. 3. Shape rolls: Make small balls, flatten between two plastic sheets, place mozzarella slice inside, fold into a roll. 4. Prepare coatings: • Dry: flour + cornstarch + salt • Egg wash: eggs + cornstarch • Plate of breadcrumbs 5. Coat rolls: Dip in dry mix → egg wash → breadcrumbs. 6.
