half the things that people told me to do didn't work, and honestly, it hurt me to do them. like, I wasn't even gonna think about running. walking alone hurt. and sex....yeah that was out of the question too🤣 I had to be induced🤣🤣

but all of those things do help with I can't remember the actual name of it but some type of a score and the thinning of the cervix at least that's what my doctor has told me
