@justinfreakin: Arkansas Trooper Caught Using Excessive Force On Passenger In Chase BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. — A Blytheville man’s arrest by an Arkansas State trooper and other members of law enforcement is coming under scrutiny, as dash camera footage shows a man yanked by his hair and punched in the face. It happened at the end of a high-speed pursuit around 11 p.m. Aug. 19 in Blytheville. A trooper’s report said speeds reached upwards of 130 mph before a trooper stopped the vehicle with a tactical maneuver in a residential area. Three men were inside the vehicle. #police #truecrime
