A huge BIG UP to Bec, the organiser, who did an absolutely amazing job putting everything together. Organising a protest takes a lot of time, effort and dedication, and Bec worked incredibly hard to make the day happen. From organising the event to bringing people together, she did a fantastic job and deserves a massive amount of credit. And BIG UP to Stacey as well! 👏🏻 You played your part and helped make the day what it was. It was brilliant seeing people come together, stand together and make their voices heard. Of course, the biggest thank you goes to everyone who attended. Every single person who turned up contributed to the atmosphere and showed that people care about the future of Middlesbrough and want to see positive change. There are serious issues affecting our town centre, and many residents are frustrated that these problems have been allowed to continue for far too long. Yesterday gave ordinary people an opportunity to stand together, speak openly and make their concerns heard. There were different voices and different opinions, but that is part of what public protest is about. People coming together to express their views and demand that those in positions of responsibility listen. I was proud to stand alongside everyone yesterday, and I was especially proud of the people who got up and spoke. Bec absolutely smashed her speech about the state of Middlesbrough town centre, and she said so much of what needed to be said. So once again, well done Bec, big up Stacey, and a massive thank you to every single person who attended. ❤️👏🏻 Yesterday showed what can happen when people come together, support one another and make their voices heard. Middlesbrough deserves better, and yesterday we made sure those concerns were heard. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 Big up to Yorkshire rose who attended the protest!!! amazing lady!! 🌹🙏❤️
