Don't forget to follow for more simple recipes🫶🏻 CRISPY KOREAN POTATO CHEESE PANCAKE 🥔🧀 Ingredients: 2 medium-large potatoes 2 tsp cornstarch 1 slice cheddar cheese (optional) 1 small bowl shredded mozzarella/kaşkaval cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vegetable oil Instructions: 1. Slice the potatoes into thin matchsticks. Do NOT wash them. 2. Transfer to a bowl, add salt and cornstarch, then mix well. 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Arrange a layer of potato sticks in a circle, overlapping them slightly. 4. Once the bottom turns golden and sticks together, add the cheeses on top. 5. Cover with the remaining potatoes in another thin layer. Flip using a plate and fry until the other side is golden and crispy.
