Grant them the strength to rise again with hope instead of despair. Free them from the regrets of the past and from self-blame, and grant them courage and the grace of a new beginning, so that with renewed hearts they may faithfully live each day. Comfort those who are afraid under the pressure of credit card debt and payment due dates. Grant them the wisdom to find a way to resolve their difficulties and help them find peace. Wipe away the tears of parents who feel sorry for their children because of poverty, and grant them a deep love that goes beyond material things, along with the practical help they need. Take by the hand those whose hearts are broken by business difficulties. Grant that they may gain wisdom from their failures and encounter new opportunities. To those who are exhausted by the long years of repaying debt and who feel like giving up everything, grant the patience to rejoice in each small step forward today and the strength to endure. Loving Father, we entrust these suffering children of Yours into Your hands. Grant that they may remain in Your Kingdom. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
