We literally forget normal people do NOT think what is normal for us….is normal….😂 My pt accidentally pulled his IV clean out and it bled a little and the transporter was like “omg I’ve never seen that much blood rush out like that…” it was literally like a tiny drip mind you and I just have to remember that I have seen blood projectile out of orfices like a geyser and she simply hasn’t lol.

My son is an RT. Last week we were talking about his job, and during that conversation I realized he experiences a death at least once a week. I was so shocked and sad, and he said, “Momma, this is why I don’t tell you about those things.” 😂
