@uroetienne: This isn’t what I usually post but human origins has been one of my biggest interests for so many years. Space and the universe are too, and I find these things both scary and comforting to think about. Anyway I’ve been feeling very philosophical recently and wanted to put my feelings into an edit. It’s really scary to think that there’s a chance we’re completely alone out here, and to think beyond the scope of the observable universe. It’s nearly impossible to comprehend. I wish we could know all of the answers, but maybe the fact that none of us know them is what makes us stronger as the human race. It’s a real shame that a couple of cancers at the top of whatever we’ve created for ourselves have no regard for our planet. Where even is the universe and why are we here 😓😓 are we even here??
