Mind you the Supreme Court has already ruled this for the Navajo Nation in Arizona v. Navajo. This has already set a precedence for eroding the federal government’s treaty and trust responsibilities for other Tribal Nations. Water has always been sacred, this should be a major unifying issue, but too many people see Red and Blue, not inherent humanity.

Isn't this the point of the 14th amendment for this fact. 14th Amendment's Due Process Clause has been used by the Supreme Court to protect several unwritten fundamental rights not explicitly listed in the text of the U.S. Constitution. Why is this any different???
