I started in January, at 225. This morning I weighed in at 153. I found you a few months ago and learned I was being way too aggressive with my calorie deficit. Made some changes, and the weight loss has slowed down butttttt I know it's ok. I'm not where I want to be yet, but I know I'll get there. Annnndddd I can have french fries again (and I have them OFTEN) 🤣🤣 thank you!!!

1000000%! It sounds so simple & you hear it all the time but it truly took something just clicking in my brain to realize that I wasn’t on a point A to point B journey, but my entire life was changing forever. I honestly attribute it to becoming a mom &, again, as cliche as it sounds, I think it took having to live for someone else instead of just myself to want to change. 😅

I knew I was doing okay and that this is sustainable when I didn’t say no to the onion rings and fried pickles at the work tailgate, I just had two of each and supplemented with a Kind bar.

I went keto, but still eat the same things I used to with a little extra work. I enjoy sandwiches with keto bread. I enjoy quesadillas with keto tortillas. It's a lifestyle change that feels small but made weight loss easy
