Goshi. And I say this as someone who loves the African net sponge. And yes I notice l get so clean with the Goshi. I am clean and when I squeeze out the Goshi… my girl ain’t lying. I love the way it makes my skin look before moisturizing too.

I actually have both and alternate using them with each shower. I feel like the African net sponge provides more of a coarse exfoliation while the goshi gives me finer scrubbing — that way in my mind I’m getting the best of both worlds

LOVE an African net sponge but the Goshi? Life changing. The scrub , length and width is perfect . It doesn’t roll up when u scrub your back
