At first I thought they escaped and lived a happy life but then someone said that she was going crazy and that she only hallucinated Zach coming and then she jumped out the window dying and thinking she died with Zack together

I actually think that Ray saw Zacks spirit and jumped off the window, we also saw the blood on the window. But I actually love the fact that the ending is open, so many theories and I love all of them.
