Aletse :

The nightmare one!!!! 😳 I'm prone to having sleep paralysis and one night, years ago now, I woke up and felt the tell-tale sensations of another episode. I tried to calm myself and realized my husband woke up. I heard myself making those godawful grunts one makes when they can't move or speak. Iykyk. Anyway. I felt him look down at me and just sit there, watching me struggle. Then he got up and left the room. I was so shocked and felt an intense feeling of abandonment. But it didn't last long because in the next instant I realized "something" else was in the room and coming towards me. I freaked out and tried to scream, "Jesus, help!" But couldn't. However, at the mere *thought* of Jesus's name, this dark thing in the room paused, as if debating what to do and the I broke out of the sleep paralysis and gasped, sat up in bed and cried out. The TV in our room cracked and then the window rattled in its frame as whatever it was fled. Later, my husband SWORE up and down he hadn't known I was having a sleep paralysis episode. He SWORE he looked to see if I was sleeping and decided to let me sleep while he went and made us some coffee. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Anyway, pray, y'all. 🫶
