Secondly : go to google and search “background remover” or “green screen remover” Which links are https://www.remove.bg And http://sleek.design Thirdly : use these upload the rings/frame to the website and remove their background. Once you have remove the background save the photo. Lastly : go to tiktok and click the + icon and upload whatever photo you want to put in the frame/ring first. Next press the edit icon and press overlay, choose the ring/frame which bg is already removed and size it however you want. Next just screenshot the whole thing and go to photos to crop it. Once you have crop it you have your pfp which u can use 😀
