@hananatut.tunis: Today we gave out free pads in Harlem at Gear Up and Glow powered by @astoldbyphi and @learning_educational_solutions. One thing I loved was how FAST the pads went and how surprised people were when they found out they were FREE—exactly why initiatives like this matter. For those of you who don’t know, One Million Girls also works to ensure women and girls have access to menstrual hygiene supplies. We started this work in West Africa and now continue to work toward this goal through the generosity of our donors and partnerships with community organizations and schools. Shoutout to everyone who helps make this work possible. Side note: there was a girl on FaceTime with her mom trying to figure out which pads to get for her mama.
