For some weird reason that I don't know it's almost always 180, 200 or 220. No idea why we don't seem to like 190 or 210. Maybe it's like wanting the TV volume on an even number.

I’ve seen recipes say preheat to 180 degrees (which is about 350 Fahrenheit), so yes, I assume it goes in ~10 degree increments in recipes written in Celsius. I don’t have personal experience, though!

Not sure how it is in Fahrenheit, but usually you preheat your oven to either 180°C or 200°C for most foods you're baking. I can't remember if I have ever conciously preheated at 190°C

In Czechia it is usually either 180°C or 200°C, my oven can do 190°C but I don't remember to use this temperature 🤣
