I loved PL&B but i stopped going because the employees attitudes. Everyone always seemed so irritated to have to stop their conversations and take your order. Very uncomfortable.

I went today to try the chicken adobo burrito… it looked nothing like the video unfortunately (even when compared to the old version) so disappointed to only get mushy white rice and chicken adobo when I drove out from sac to try it out :(

I heard the service was horrible, I’ve never been. Train your stuff good customer service! Even if the food is good, people won’t spend money if the employees are mean and act annoyed like the customer is inconveniencing them! You should have a secret shopper and fire the bad employee, even if it’s family! Business is not personal, it’s professional!

One thing that would also get your boba shop out there to people with all the changes that you guys are doing is maybe host a cars & coffee meet if you know any car crew that can do a co-host with you guys . Social media is a strong platform !

I live in VV and never gave it a second thought bc I don’t boba. Are you on DoorDash? I just looked up burrito and nothing came up, and then Boba and nothing came up?? I’ll go check it out!! someone else mentioned maybe rebranding/naming and that might be smart?

commenting again to boost, i would say the last time i got the lumpia it was a little soggy, it was still very flavorful and yummy but could for sure be crispier!!! you’re doing great! ❤️

Aside from me being too lazy to drive from Fairfield, I feel like your food isn’t promoted enough. I think last time I’ve been you guys were just mainly boba and a couple food items. As someone who works in marketing, it’d probably be beneficial to mainly highlight your food, especially since your name just sounds like a boba spot. Also, some of your DoorDash pictures don’t match the description like some say they come with lumpia but don’t show or another says it has Chamorro rice but it has white rice in the pic. Visuals are what everyone sees first, you might need updated pictures
