She talked about this house that she always wanted, and would play with at her friends house, but never got. She described it and was so passionate about how much she wanted it. That stuck with me, so I went around collecting the pieces to build her very own! I wanted it to be just like the one she wanted. So I spent time piecing together different sets until I had a complete house just like the one she remembered! I built it all, set it up, and had Ellie and Kay see it! They were both so surprised and Kay loved playing with all the pieces and reminiscing on the memories that she had. Ellie was excited because she got a new doll house to play with, and now Kay and her can play together just like Kay always wanted to when she was little. last year my husband got me Peewee. A robotic fluffy dog that barked and would do flips.....the reason it was so special is because when I was 9 my uncle died 2 days before christmas from a drunk driver, christmas day I unwrapped my last gift from him (Peewee) only for my father to steal and sell it for drug money a couple months later. I always wanted my Peewee back. I ugly sobbed at the gift. Its one of my most prized possessions.
