Just asked my husband, a contractor in oneida, if he noticed the landscaping while he was there today. He said he was more focused on “getting the plywood and getting the fuck out” hope that helps. 🥰

I'm confused on why you would assume they would have roses for landscaping? expensive and finicky plants are not usually used in commercial grade landscaping.

I’ve been here so many times, I’m a gardener and managed a landscaping company…I don’t see anything wrong with a big box store not having landscaping done. I didn’t even notice any of the times I was there…does it really matter all that much? Has it ever been landscaped?

Most the time the big commercial properties are managed by a national management company, that company then subs the work out to a local company at a very discounted rate that usually doesnt allow a budget to take care of landscapes like this or they expect the company to do it at pretty much a loss. But yes there is a lack of interest in curb appeal from companies that have so many sites
