guys, i don’t really think this is yuribait at all. i get saying hibike!euphonium is bc, well… it obviously was. but liz and the blue bird is a VERY subtle movie. the whole thing is about the nuances in their relationship. no character really says what they’re thinking, it’s all shown by body language or small hesitations. there wasn’t any outright romance in this movie, but there was clear romantic love. ofc they weren’t gonna make out! this isn’t that kind of film! saying it was yuribait is taking away all of the movies beauty! also, the director did say she couldn’t see them not being together in the future
