I’ve been doing your system (since may of this year) but I have a pocket on the upper left check side gum that is an 8. My dentist has referred me out to a periodontist and he says they will probably want to do a pocket reduction surgery. Thoughts?

It’s seems like a lot of mouth washes. I worry it may cause other health issues down the road. Can I do this system only a few times a week? I use the tooth brush and paste 2x day. Was told I’m prone to gingivitis and have bleeding gums from my back teeth. They insist a cleaning every 3 months.

thanks Dr Elle. I've got all your recommend products. I've been to the periodontal and due for my second view in a couple of weeks. I have receding gums.and hoping your system will help me. Also they recommended i remove a back tooth as there's bone lose and its loose. But since using your system that tooth feels done and not sore. I dont want to remove it and hope your systems helps recive it. Will it?

I was told in April that I had incurable periodontal disease and deep pockets in back teeth from clenching. I started dr Ellie’s protocol strictly in may and in July my periodontist cleared me for any pocketing and said everything looked good?! I’m overjoyed! so grateful for you, thank you so much!!
