How do you adjust the window after you’ve screwed it? Here in sweden we got adjustable things so even when it’s screwed you can adjust it afterwards

My parents house was built in the 80s. Nothing like that was used. Got new windows a few years ago and not one seal was bad. If the house is built right that's unnecessary. Just something made to make you think you're getting some " extra" protection.
