I'm fact I'd buy B sell the trees to pay for it and use the extra money to buy A too

A is cheaper, has road access, a better layout for a house, and with a right mind hardly any wasted space

I like A, one road in/ out so if you made it to the porch, expect what’s coming. But I also like the fact B has the trees and could pay cash for A and own both at that point

step 1. Clearing 10 acres of land and building a home is a multi-step project that takes about 9 to 18 months and involves planning, clearing, and construction.1. Planning and PermitsLand Survey: Hire a surveyor to mark your exact property lines and find any easements.Soil Testing: Test the soil to see if it can support a standard septic system and a house foundation.Permits: Apply for building, zoning, environmental, and septic permits from your local county or city office.Site Design: Choose where your house, driveway, well, and septic system will go.

B. A looks like serious access issues and your one point of access is offset from the only point that looks possible and may require a special easement which you’d have to pay for regardless of the cost

B has land blocked no access to a road. You would need a easement signed to use the others land. to go home 😆

A has road access so yes. No to B. because You would have to procure an easement to get to and from the land either that or you would end up having to PAY extra money to purchase land to make a road to get to it.

For those thinking that the lumber will "PAY".... Has never tried to get $ for the TREES on your property. It would ONLY pay if you milled it yourself.
